Educational Symposium
In addition to the scientific lecture program, the Deutsche Kautschuk-Gesellschaft e. V. is offering an Educational Symposium. This form of continuous training provides an opportunity of an extensive overview on the diversity of the rubber industry.
Subjects treated will be the raw materials rubber, TPE, fillers and their properties as well as essential process technology such as compounding, vulcanisation, rubber extrusion and injection moulding.
For the process technology, first there will be an overview over the present state of the art and of knowledge which will be complemented in the second part by contributions from experienced experts from industrial practice.
Ample opportunity will be given to ask questions and to discuss the different subjects in great detail.
The Educational Symposium will take place on Wednesday, July 1, 2009, and on Thursday, July 2, 2009, in each case from 9.00 a.m. to 5.50 p.m. After the conference, attendants will receive a certificate of participation by mail.
